Please note:
- We cannot redeem tea outside the continental US.
- We cannot redeem more than 24 USDTea at a time.
- All redemptions incur a ~$20 processing fee.
- Redemptions are nonreverisble and nonrefundable.
- Your tea will ship in 1-25 business days.
- If a delivery fails due to a bad address, we will not attempt to re-deliver.
- You can only redeem whole numbers of USDTea.
- We do not support flavor selection at this time.

Once you enter your information, you’ll be asked to sign a message including your shipping address. This has no gas fee and helps us match your wallet address to your shipping address and verify your redemption. Then you’ll be asked to pay the processing fee in ETH. Once that transaction is complete, your tea will ship in 1-25 business days.
Your address is stored privately off-chain and is only used for fulfillment of your tea redemption.
